Things to know about Desert Pests:
1.  The Sonoran Desert is one of the most heavily populated areas in the country for subterranean termites.  The rainy season, beginning in July, promotes heavy termite activity...  2.  Rodents can fit through a hole the size of a quarter.  Perform a regular home exterior inspection and have possible rodent entry points sealed.  Rodent activity is typically more active in the fall as rodents try to move indoors for warmer shelter.

3.  Most pest, including scorpions, centipedes and roaches have very flexible body structure allowing them to enter a home through very narrow openings.  Performing regular inspections and sealing entry points is critical to limiting infestations.

4.  Bird Feeders attract pests as well as birds.  Place feeders and water sources away from your home.
